Booking and Payment Policy

A minimum of seventy five percent advance payment is required to confirm any booking at Corbett Jungle Resort. The remaining balance amount must be paid at the time of check in. Bookings without advance payment are not considered confirmed.

All tariffs and packages are subject to applicable GST, which will be charged extra as per government regulations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than seven days prior to the scheduled check in date will be eligible for a partial refund after deduction of applicable service charges.

Cancellations made within seven days of the check in date will not be eligible for any refund.

In case of no show or early departure, the full booking amount will be charged and no refund will be applicable.

Any cancellation or modification request must be communicated in writing through official communication channels.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time as per payment mode and banking procedures.

Check In and Check Out Policy

Check in time is 1:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM. Early check in or late check out may be permitted only subject to room availability and will be charged as per resort policy.

Guests are required to carry valid government approved photo identity proof at the time of check in for verification purposes.

Child Policy

Children below five years of age are complimentary when sharing the room with parents or guardians without the requirement of an extra bed.

Food and Beverage Policy

Food and beverages not included in the booked package will be chargeable. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the resort premises. This policy is maintained to ensure hygiene standards and guest safety.

Activities and Facilities

Bonfire facility is available for a limited duration of two hours and is chargeable. Bonfire services are subject to weather conditions and local safety guidelines.

Music is permitted only until 10:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment and comply with local regulations.

Morning trekking activities are scheduled between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM and may be subject to weather and safety conditions.

Weather Advisory

Guests are advised to carry woollens as night temperatures in the Corbett region can be cold, especially during winter and early morning hours.

Safety and Liability

All safety measures and precautions are followed as per Uttarakhand government guidelines. Guests are expected to cooperate with resort staff and follow safety instructions during their stay.

Guests shall be solely responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay and will be liable for repair or replacement costs.

Seasonal Tariffs

Peak Season dates are from 15th April to 05th July 2025, including festivals and long weekends.
Moderate Season dates are from 15th November to 14th February 2026.
Off Season dates are from 16th July to 15th November 2025.
Tariffs may vary based on season and availability.

Management decisions shall be final in all matters related to bookings, services and stay policies. Guests are requested to read and understand these terms before confirming their reservation.
